Trivia Night

Day19 TriviaNight 330

Did you know that platypuses sweat milk? Or that ants don’t have lungs? Fun facts are called “fun” for a reason. Some are so interesting and some you would be surprised to be true. This summer, have fun learning about various subjects with your very own trivia night! There are many different types of games that involve trivia like Jeopardy and Trivial pursuit. Other options are the Jackbox Games which has a variety of different games including trivia. Anomia is another great game that is easier for younger players to play. Look into these games as well as browse others.

For your own trivia night at home, try any of the options mentioned above. We also have a CHRI themed Jeopardy that we made for you and your family can play. Try it and see how many you can answer! And then customize it to create your own Jeopardy!

A Night At The Circus

Day19 CircusGenoa 330

Step right up and prepare to be amazed! The Genoa Circus is coming to town, bringing with it a world of wonder, joy, and excitement for the whole family. With shows in Russell, Morrisburg, Alexandria, Ottawa, Petawawa, Renfrew, Calabogie, and Eganville, there are many opportunities between today and July 24th to go to the CIRCUS!

Anytime I've ever seen a circus performer, or any talented performer, I am always reminded that we each have our own unique gifts and talents, and marvel at just how much the human body can do. Maybe this will even open your child's eyes to trying out gymnastics or acrobatic arts!
