OCS Walkathon Success!

A few weeks ago CHRI D.J.'s, Brock & Care, joined the celebration at Ottawa Christian School for their 41st annual OCS walkathon. Family Radio CHRI added to the party by playing music and handing out prizes to OCS students, their parents, and OCS supporters!
A record $67,100 was raised and as pledged if the fundraising threshold was met, the school principal, Paul Triemstra, moved his desk to the school roof and dyed his hair orange for a day! With more than $65,000 raised, two teachers and the school’s administrative assistant also changed their hair colour too. Congratulations to OCS on an incredibly successful & fun fundraising campaign!
