"The statue of David was sculpted from a leftover, rejected piece of stone. The marble was referred to as a “monster” because it was of poor quality and TWO artists abandoned the project. So, the slab sat out in the elements for a quarter of a century!... until 26-year old Michelangelo.
We've all felt rejected, abandoned, like no one sees us for our potential. And like Michelangelo said “Every block of stone has a sculpture inside of it.” So allow The One Who Sees, the One with the chisel, to do the work and set free the true masterpiece that’s inside."
